How we handle your data

Your historic shipment data and carrier price quotes stay inside your own tenant. We don't share your data across tenants and we don't sell it. Generated outputs — scoreboards, executive PDFs, TMS exports, audit entries — are scoped to your account.

The automated AI feature callers see only aggregated statistics (lane counts, coverage and margin roll-ups) — they never automatically transmit individual lane-level prices. The in-product assistant is interactive: it relays the question you type, so anything you paste into the chat is sent as part of your query. If no AI provider is configured, all AI features run on a deterministic rules engine and nothing leaves our infrastructure. See the Security page for the full posture.

You can export your data at any time, and request deletion on account closure. Retention windows (audit log, uploads, share links, session logs) are listed on the Security page and in our Data Processing Agreement.

Audit log evidentiary value

Every decision made in aclRate — uploads, scenario runs, carrier-weighting changes, awards, share-link creation — is written to an append-only audit log. Entries are never edited or deleted in the ordinary course; the log is kept for 7 years. Each exported deliverable carries a customer-quotable Report ID so a stakeholder can tie a document back to the exact run that produced it. This makes a procurement decision defensible after the fact — you can show who changed what, when, and why.

What aclRate is not

• aclRate's outputs are decision-support, not contracts. A "recommended carrier" or "estimated saving" is an analytical output — not a quote, not a guarantee, and not a commitment from any carrier.
• We do not guarantee any specific saving, on-time performance, or that a carrier will accept a given price.
• AI-generated content is labelled where it appears; you remain responsible for what you send to a counterparty.
