Decision-support tool, not advice

aclRate is a decision-support tool for freight and transport procurement. The

analyses, award plans, savings estimates, confidence scores, benchmarks, and other

outputs it produces are estimates generated from the data you provide and the

assumptions and models built into the Service. They are not professional, legal,

financial, tax, competition-law, or procurement advice, and must not be relied on as

such.

No guarantee of results

Outputs — including any figure described as a "saving", "awarded cost", "baseline", or

"opportunity" — depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the data you

upload and on your carriers' bids. We do not guarantee any particular saving,

award, price, or business outcome. Past or modelled results do not guarantee future

results.

Verify before you act

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every output before acting on it,

including:

• checking your uploaded historic data for errors such as misplaced decimals,

duplicate rows, unit mistakes, or missing costs — the Service flags many of these,

but the flags are advisory and not exhaustive;

• confirming carrier prices, coverage, and the lanes included in a tender;
• reviewing any award, contract, or negotiation before you commit to it.

Where the Service marks an item for review (for example, an implausible bid, a cost

outlier, unassigned rows, or a coverage gap), treat that as a prompt to check, not as

a completed decision.

Currency, tax, and compliance

Monetary figures are shown in the currency of your input data or as configured. The

Service does not convert currencies unless stated, and does not calculate taxes,

duties, or regulatory charges unless a specific feature says so. You are responsible

for compliance with applicable competition, procurement, sanctions, and tax law when

running tenders and awarding business.

Beta

The Service is offered as a beta. Features, calculations, and availability may change,

and outputs may contain errors. Use appropriate judgement.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions made or

actions taken in reliance on the Service's outputs. This Disclaimer forms part of, and

is subject to, our Terms of Use.
